To start, there really isn't much here to critique. If I really wanted to be picky, I would note that the background is all mostly green. It makes the photo just a tad bit bland, but given the environment I don't feel like it's detrimental to the photograph as a whole.
I would have liked to see the photo zoomed out just the tiniest bit. While I love the detail you see in the bear, a little more of its surroundings would have given a little more content to enjoy. Maybe it's just my personal preference, but I tend to prefer photos where the animal doesn't take up more than 50-75% of the picture.
Overall, this is a great shot. It's nice to see a predator look so peaceful.
